The Chair is firmer than I thought it would be and took some getting use to. I bought 2 one for myself and one for my wife and would 100% do it again.

Very comfortable. Great lumbar support. I had gotten this chair at work to help with lower back problems. I liked it so much when I got a new job working from home I bought the same one. So comfortable.

Comfortable chair and I love the lumbar and neck support. It seems to be well made and was easy to assemble. I would never purchase at the MSRP, but on sale it’s a bargain.
