Secretlab has amazing customer service to support their very high quality chairs. I received my Hogwarts addition Titan Evo chair very fast, it was SUPER EASY to set up. The pillow wasn't staying on well so I contacted customer service and got help easily. I got a new pillow sent to me and its perfect! The chair is so supportive. In the past I have had a lot of pain sitting for extended periods of time. In my Titan Evo I can adjust easily the supportive features and found the right fit and sit with comfort. Its a game changer for my body and I enjoy sitting in it all day. Well crafted comfort!
