Recomendada al 100% Assembly took me maybe half an hour and it is a well built chair, it's got good lumbar support and being able to recline and adjust the arm rests is a plus. The product itself is great, but the customer service I received when I had an issue was what I really liked. Quality products tell you a lot about a company, but I believe that customer support is just as important.
