Our item came with a defective seat cushion. I immediately contacted the seller (Verona Sky), sent them a picture of the cushion and they were super responsive and helpful. A new cushion was sent to my house within just three days of contacting them. The chair is now assembled and is working out great. id defiantly recommend to everyone. great back support and head support
