Setup was surprisingly easy - packaging was very good - and the chair shipped fast. After a day of getting used to the chair and playing with the different angles you achieve with the 4D arm rests I hit all the perfect angles for typing and gaming. Long-term shoulder pain I had from my old office chair has gone away and I am overall - very happy with the purchase.
