Secretlab Witcher Gaming Chair

It’s been 3 months since I receive this chair. Overall the experience is really good. One of my arm rest is wobbly which I’ve already reached out to the help desk. I really like the customer experience as they reply really fast and hopefully they resolve my problem as soon as possible too! ?
