I am very happy with this chair. It is as advertised, well made, sturdy and comfortable. I've gone through quite a few office chairs in recent years trying to find the right one and so far, this chair is the best. It's very comfortable. It has tons of customizable settings.

I’m overall happy with the chair. however, it takes some adjusting to get a comfortable position and the firmness of the chair might not be for everyone but I like it.

The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. the only issue is that the lowest setting is a bit high for a short person. Perfect chair for someone 6 feet tall, 5'4 ... not so much.
