Chair arrived, delivered safely, was fun but difficult to assemble, and every piece was included....Ordered this chair a few weeks ago and it arrived in clearly damaged packaging which I can all but guarantee was in transport. Started to assemble the chair to find several parts missing including a key one to the function of the chair. Immediately contacted the seller and they got back to me later that day and thru a few messages they sent me the missing parts no questions asked and even did expedited shipping. And now that it’s assembled I can almost sleep in it it’s so comfy and reclines great. Would definitely buy again

It's a very good chair. It's very easy to assemble and is comfortable. Really good are chair! I was hesitating to buy it because of the price, I had bought a chair off Amazon that I thought would be nice but felt like sitting on a plank and was horrible, this chair is complelty worth it though, pretty easy to put together and I did it all myself, BUY THIS CHAIR

Good chair for the price, easy to assemble and nice size. Customer service is excellent. 1st chair was delivered to my business on a Saturday with no one there and was stolen. Contacted seller and had another chair in my possession within a week. They stayed in touch the whole time.
