Update: I contacted officialgamingchair because I thought that one of my back adjusters was busted because it wasn’t moving. Turns out that’s how it’s supposed to be lmao. They themselves told me that after I contacted them, and it only took them like an hour to get back to me. Great customer service and overall the chair is now built and feels solid.
